When a company works with Organizational Research and Development, they work with a company that believes in making a positive impact in their community.  It’s our belief that improving workplaces, leaders, and people doesn’t have to be limited to the workplace; it can extend out into the local community as well.  When we work together to make our communities better, we open up opportunities for others , thus creating a rippling effect of positive change.  In the past couple of years, here’s how Organizational Research and Development LLC has worked to improve the Chester County area:

  • Offered free coaching hours to young professionals helping them prepare for interviews, leadership roles, and more
  • Worked to help set up sponsors for the West Chester Chili Cook-Off – an event that benefits multiple nonprofits
  • Volunteered at the Community Warehouse Project – an organization that collects and redistributes furniture to families
  • Raised money and funding for vaccine research and eradication of polio
  • Donated and participated as an active volunteer firefighter
